Creating and sharing map URLs via email has become increasingly straightforward. However, manually drawing custom maps offers a level of engagement that can enhance both clarity and visual appeal.

The application allows users to draw streets directly on a canvas using their finger or stylus. Intersections are detected automatically when streets cross, with merging into a single shape occurring seamlessly at these points. Each street stroke comprises a start point, an end point, and two curve control points, which can be manipulated by dragging to alter the street's shape, providing an intuitive editing experience.

The default street design features two lanes with a dashed white center line. Users have the flexibility to modify this by adding more lanes or changing the center line pattern, such as applying an orange "No Pass" line, green belt areas, or concrete center zones.

In addition to streets, users can draw railways and rivers with similar control points that enable shaping and customization. These elements add functional detail and aesthetic variety to the map.

Once key features like streets, railways, and rivers are placed, the "STAMP" function opens a catalog of symbols—including road signs, map icons, and various markers. Beyond built-in stamps, there is also the option to incorporate personal photos or graphic images, allowing for highly customized map annotations.

Incorporating images as milestones or route markers can significantly enhance the usability of the map as a navigational guide.

The maps created can be exported as graphic files for sharing across multiple platforms such as email, messaging apps, iCloud, Dropbox, and others.
